• Develop and expand new and existing customer partnerships in the dairy industry and infant nutrition sector • Prepare and shape technical and content-related proposals • Negotiate contract terms and framework agreements • Manage complex projects in collaboration with customers and internal specialist departments • Work closely with customer-facing teams across the various operational units throughout Germany • Actively contribute to sales/revenue planning • Maintain master data and document activities in the CRM • Support the planning and execution of marketing activities • Represent the company at trade fairs and technical conferences
• Degree in dairy science and technology or a natural science degree (e.g., food chemistry, food technology, nutritional science) or equivalent • Mandatory: industry experience in dairy and/or infant nutrition • Professional experience in sales or a strong affinity for sales • Solid knowledge of food analysis (chemistry and microbiology) • Good business administration knowledge and experience in a metrics-driven environment • Strong communication and negotiation skills and a high customer focus • Business-fluent German (at least C1 level) • Good written and spoken English • Proficient in MS Office 365 • Willingness to undertake national and international business travel • High self-organization and discipline for independent work from a home office • Strong organizational skills and high self-motivation
