⢠Answer telephone customer inquiries regarding roadside assistance, towing services and rental car arrangements ⢠Coordinate assistance measures for international customers ⢠Communicate with insurers, partners and service providers ⢠Process invoices
đŻ Requirements
⢠Experience in customer service (not mandatory) ⢠Experience in hospitality/food service, tourism, the automotive industry or call centers ⢠Willingness to travel to Rostock for onboarding and team events ⢠Enjoys speaking on the phone and helping people ⢠Organizational skills, reliability and a team-player mentality ⢠Excellent German language skills ⢠Fluent English (B2 level)
