📋 Description

• Serve as the main senior contact for key clients and build long-term relationships • Lead event proposals, pitches, costings, contract negotiations, and commercial growth • Oversee logistics, vendor management, run-of-show, and end-to-end delivery for virtual, hybrid, or on-site events • Manage high-level communications, client presentations, and negotiations in German and English • Improve operational workflows using event technologies and AI-based tools • Manage event project budgets, monitor profitability, and ensure contract deliverables meet agreed timelines

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in event sales, client account management, and end-to-end event execution • Professional fluency in both German and English, written and spoken • Completed degree or formal training in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical senior experience • Proven track record in pitching, negotiating, and managing high-value client accounts and complex event projects • High affinity for event technology and practical interest in AI-based tools • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail • Based in the UK and set up to work as an Independent Contractor/Freelancer on a B2B basis
