📋 Description
• Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living activities • Follow individuals’ support plans, including developing meaningful relationships in accordance with the Everyday Lives philosophy • Administer medications according to guidelines • Aid in implementing treatments, training programs, and development of behavior plans • Encourage community participation • Document all observations & daily progress notes in a timely manner • Communicate effectively with all team members in a timely manner • Accompany individuals to community outings • Providing premier personal care • Act as a positive role model • Meet all training requirements • Promote the mission, vision and values of ALWAYS A STEP ABOVE • Perform any additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by your supervisor
