• 5+ years of experience in quota carrying SaaS roles (Sales, Account Management); minimum 3 years working with customers • Proven track record of exceeding quota attainment via $100k+ ACV new business or cross sales • Experience managing a high-touch, Enterprise customer book of business with a balance of relationship-building and transactional efficiency • Strong discovery and consultative selling skills; the ability to translate customer pain points into tailored solutions • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives, operations teams, and technical stakeholders • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment • Passion for technology and impact — excited to help transform the legal industry and expand access to justice
