📋 Description

• Own product work end to end, from problem investigation and approach selection through AI-assisted coding, pull requests, launch, measurement, and iteration • Use AI tools daily for research, analysis, prototyping, and debugging • Identify high-impact opportunities and design small, meaningful experiments • Define success metrics, analyze experiment outcomes, and decide whether to improve, expand, or stop shipped work • Work within a software engineering squad with the Co-founder/CTO, designers, and engineers • Define and deliver priority projects • Communicate progress and decisions to relevant stakeholders • Surface blockers early, challenge assumptions, and find alternative paths forward

🎯 Requirements

• Personally built and shipped a functional feature, experiment, prototype, workflow, or tool using AI coding tools • Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar AI coding tools already part of everyday work • Experience using metrics and data to make product decisions • Experience running A/B tests, product experiments, data deep-dives, or lightweight user research • Actively experiment with new AI tools and techniques independently • Comfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership of outcomes • Clear communication and direct collaboration with designers, engineers, and stakeholders • Fully fluent in English • Strong attention to user experience and product quality • Comfortable building products based on uncensored models and content
