• Partner with senior leadership to shape and deliver HR strategies that enable growth, culture, and organisational effectiveness. • Lead workforce analysis, role design, and planning initiatives to ensure the business has the right capabilities for the future and to support business objectives. • Oversee restructures, transformation projects, cultural change initiatives and Oversight of M&A and integrations. • Manage escalations of high risk employee relation cases and act as the point of contact for senior level disputes and legal matters. • Provide expert HR advice to senior stakeholders, aligning people strategy with business objectives and priorities. • Embed succession processes and guide leadership teams in identifying, developing, and retaining key talent. • Use analytics to identify trends, measure impact of HR initiatives, and support data led decision making and recommendations. • Ensure policies, frameworks and practices are applied consistently and in line with legal requirements. • Lead, mentor, and develop your team to ensure strong delivery and career growth.
• 8+ years in senior HR business partnering or strategic HR leadership roles. • Proven experience in organisational design, workforce planning, and leading transformation/change initiatives. • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing HR teams. • Proficiency in people analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Stakeholder management and influencing skills. • HR Certification strongly preferred, experience with Workday desirable. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in financial services, professional services, or comparable complex corporate/scale up environments.
