📋 Description

• Monitor production and manage operational incidents • Monitor and re-trigger IT processing jobs as needed • Report and track incidents; act as the interface with the IT department (DSI) and production teams • Fix or escalate incidents and follow them through to resolution • Communicate with end users • Maintain operational tools and assist in preparing operational documentation • Participate in the monthly user support committee • Prioritize and qualify requests in collaboration with business teams • Take part in the anomaly prioritization committee and meetings with business stakeholders • Prepare ad hoc reports and statistics for operations, reformat client data, and handle file uploads and transfers • Provide day-to-day user support and training • Provide technical assistance to users during special operations • Manage user access rights and permissions • Coordinate with IT support (DSI) • Organize work and drive continuous improvement • Standardize support processes and implement automation • Propose functional or technical improvements and draft procedures • Contribute to defining, monitoring, and executing the control plan • Liaise with other teams within the service

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in IT (equivalent to 2 to 5 years of post-secondary study) • Several years of experience as an Application Support Technician, ideally in the financial sector • Technical versatility • Strong interest in understanding business needs • Strong customer-service orientation
