📋 Description

• We are looking for an Expert/Lead Full Stack Developer to join the development team for our client's Back Office solutions in Niort. • In this role, you will perform development tasks and provide operational guidance to your team. • Study and propose technical solutions; you will be proactive and justify design and algorithm choices. • Support the project manager in building the team's roadmap. • Lead the development team by promoting best practices and tooling to ensure quality. • Participate in team ceremonies: PI Planning, estimations. • Design and configure solutions to meet our clients' needs. • Implement and test user-facing features through various developments and tools. • Conduct code reviews in collaboration with your team. • Contribute to the project by integrating fully into the team. • Write technical documentation. • Contribute to continuous improvement through regular retrospectives, ongoing simplification and optimization efforts, and discussions with peers working on other software. • Act as the interface between the team and other engineering teams.

🎯 Requirements

• With an academic background equivalent to Bac+2 to Bac+5, you have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field. • You have a talent for facilitation and a strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly. • You are an expert and a true team leader, passionate about new technologies with strong adaptability. • You enjoy challenges and are a solutions-oriented contributor. • You are firmly committed to continuous improvement of design and development practices. • Experience implementing solutions with BPMN-based workflow/activity engines is a plus.
