📋 Description

• Support the Global Medical Information / Medical Content Development Team on client medical content development and management engagements • Write and create medical and scientific content for Medical Affairs, Medical Information, and Medical Communications, including SRDs, FAQs, slide sets, abstracts, posters, and education and training materials • Drive client document development from gathering source materials and developing scientifically rigorous content through MLR review meetings • Use document management platforms such as Veeva PromoMats / MedComms as content owner, including uploading documents, reference anchoring, and annotations • Perform scientific data fact-checking to support medical reviewers on MLR teams • Collaborate on strategy, tactical execution, and communication approaches for assigned projects • Direct and work closely with medical writers and medical content development teams to deliver client projects efficiently and effectively • Participate in key client meetings • Create and update SOPs, checklists, templates, style guides, and guidance documents • Evaluate and implement new technologies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and material quality • Work collaboratively with medical writers and creative teams across EVERSANA • Deliver client delight while ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes of practice • Independently develop high-quality, scientifically accurate, strategically aligned, ethical, and compliant medical content • Proactively flag and manage quality issues and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions

🎯 Requirements

• Doctorate or Master of Science (MSc) degree in Life Sciences or healthcare or equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or with a Medical Information / Medical Communications service provider • Experience developing global medical information materials, including SRDs, FAQs, and CRDs • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to independently interpret and summarize complex results • Ability to establish credibility with clients and interface effectively with all levels of management and staff in a matrix team setting • Proficient editing skills and expertise in Microsoft Office, Acrobat, and other applications • Experience conducting literature searches using PubMed, Ovid, Embase, or similar tools • Experience with reference management and citation software such as EndNote, Mendeley, or Citavi • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices for Medical Information, Medical Affairs, and promotional and non-promotional materials review • Excellent project management skills and results-driven track record • Ability to conceptualize, design, and deliver best-in-class solutions • Must hold a valid work permit in the European Union or the UK • Fluent in English, written and verbal • One or more additional European languages at Common European Framework level B2, C1, or C2 • Preferred: Pharm.D., Pharm.M., Medicine degree, or PhD • Relevant Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science also considered • Experience across Medical Information, Medical Communications, Medical Writing, or Medical Affairs • Experience developing medical content for new product launches and updating and managing current materials • Experience across multiple therapeutic areas
