📋 Description

• Medical Communications part of integrated commercial services. • Build credibility and strengthen relationships with healthcare providers, patients, and industry clients. • Deliver industry-leading services, including call center staffing for responding to product information requests. • Triage and respond to drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers. • Identify adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions. • Fulfill local Regulatory Authority regulations for post-marketing adverse event reporting. • Utilize writing skills for adverse event narratives and medical inquiry responses.

🎯 Requirements

• Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent • Strong clinical background • Excellent verbal/written communication skills • Mother tongue fluency in English; other European languages to level C1 or C2 preferred • Strong translation skills. • Experience in Call Center, Medical Information, pharmaceutical industry, and clinical experiences including medical writing • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Windows applications. • Utilization of Medical Information Management Systems, Safety Databases, or equivalent.
