đź“‹ Description

• Partner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations. • Manage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations. • Ensure data integrity across HR systems and tools. • Act as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders. • Manage interactions with authorities and external providers related to C&B, social security, and mobility. • Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. • Administer HR programs including performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leaves, disciplinary matters, and investigations. • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws. • Stay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR. • Support international mobility and relocation processes. • Guide stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions. • Lead or support initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement. • Act as an ambassador for company culture and support internal communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience • Proven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country: Italy is mandatory, Spain and Portugal would be ideal, any other country would be a plus. • Fluent in English and Italian. Any other European language will be a plus. • Familiarity with AI tools and their application in HR. • Keen attention to detail, experience in organizing and leading projects with many different data sources • Experience working in a fast-paced environment • Pragmatic, hands-on attitude, solution oriented • Flexible, adaptable, comfortable in dealing with change and competing priorities • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, data-driven mentality • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality • Experience with a comprehensive HRIS systems. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
