📋 Description

• Leading targeted secondary research (e.g., desk research, secondary data analysis) and primary research (e.g., interviews with key opinion leaders / insurance payers) with little to no oversight • Synthesizing research insights to develop logical and effective client-ready recommendations • Independently running work streams and/or entire projects, handling day-to-day client-facing responsibilities, and ensuring deliverable deadlines are met • Working closely with senior team members to present findings to clients and assist with business development opportunities • Developing high-quality client communications and deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint slides, Excel models) • Communicating verbal and written information in logical, clear, and concise fashion • Contributing to the development of the firm’s capabilities and infrastructure, leveraging knowledge and expertise in specific disease areas or project types • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • At least 3 years of experience at a life science consultancy, with experience running projects and handling consultant-level responsibilities • A strong passion for—and understanding of dynamics and issues in—the pharma and biotech industries • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to communicate verbal and written information in logical, clear, and concise fashion • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
