📋 Description

• Identify title issues on real estate title products and report items affecting title through or after the Loan Modification process. • Create and provide grade sheets detailing title issues on graded title reports. • Review recorded documents for accuracy. • Address inquiries from servicers and internal staff. • Maintain open communication with management and servicers. • Attend and participate in team meetings. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid work history in the mortgage or real estate industry • High School diploma or equivalent required • Working knowledge of real estate title • Proven customer service skills • Basic computer skills • Proficiency in Microsoft software products • Ability to multitask • Ability to meet daily production goals with a high level of accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail • Ability to meet tight deadlines • Ability to quickly learn new skills, processes, and procedures
