• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospective leads • Responsible for initiating sales calls to prospective leads or clients • Generate new leads through cold calls and emails • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and identify how client's solutions can add value to their freight forwarding operations. • Qualify prospects based on their fit and readiness to integrate with client's platform, ensuring a strong sales pipeline. • Work closely with the sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads. • Provide detailed insights and context on prospects to the sales team, ensuring seamless transitions. • Relentlessly follow up with leads, providing them with valuable information and resources to nurture their interest. • Keep in touch with qualified but undecided prospects, maintaining relationships until they are ready for a demo or next step. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system, tracking lead status and engagement. • Regularly report on key metrics, including pipeline growth, number of qualified leads, and conversion rates. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, outreach, and qualified meetings. • Continuously refine your outreach strategy to improve conversion rates and exceed goals.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Sales, or Marketing, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics companies. • Fluent in French or Polish, with strong proficiency in English (C1 level, both written and verbal). • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. • Able to work independently and perform well under pressure. • Client management experience is an advantage. • Must be based in the Philippines, as this role supports our regional team expansion.
