📋 Description

• Prospect and build pipeline through identifying business opportunities and prospective leads • Initiate sales calls to prospective leads or clients and generate new leads through cold calls and emails • Engage with prospects to understand needs and qualify and educate them on client's freight forwarding solutions • Work closely with sales and account management teams to set up meetings and product demos for qualified leads • Relentlessly follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and keep in touch with qualified but undecided prospects • Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions, notes, and progress and regularly report on key metrics • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, outreach, and qualified meetings • Continuously refine outreach strategy to improve conversion rates and exceed goals

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years SDR or sales and marketing experience in Logistics industry • Excellent communication skills (English both written and verbal) • Can work independently and under pressure • Problem-solving and negotiation skills • Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1) • Client management experience is a plus • Applicants must be based in the Philippines • Remote Work Technical Requirements: • Internet Service Minimum speed of 25 mbps • Uninterrupted internet connection is a requirement for this remote work position. • Available HDD Space 50 GB • Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)
