📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and grow an organization of talented engineers and engineering managers, creating a supportive and high-performance culture. • Own the end-to-end delivery of your product roadmap, ensuring your teams are shipping high-quality software that delights our users. • Partner with your product and design counterparts to set the vision and strategy for your domain. • Champion operational excellence, ensuring the systems your teams own are scalable, reliable, and secure. • Be a key member of our engineering leadership team, contributing to the health and success of the entire engineering department.

🎯 Requirements

• A deep passion for people leadership and a track record of building and developing successful engineering teams. • Experience managing other engineering managers is highly desirable. • The ability to be a strong strategic partner to Product and Design. • A strong, hands-on technical background with senior-level experience in Go and/or Python. • Familiarity with modern data engineering concepts and technologies (ETL/ELT, APIs, Postgres, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, etc.) is a major plus. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Typically 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role.
