📋 Description
• Document and analyze client requirements and contribute to end-to-end solutions encompassing cloud infrastructure, microservices, data integration, and security • Lead requirements sessions • Responsible for developing solution implementation plans, coordinating teams—including project managers, developers, QA, and DevOps—and ensuring compliance with best practices • Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for executives and technical partners • Provide ongoing technical support during deployment, integration, and troubleshooting phases
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field from an accredited U.S. institution or foreign equivalent • At least 5 years of full-time professional experience in solutions engineering, systems architecture, or a related discipline • The ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Working knowledge of security practices, including identity and access management, and awareness of compliance standards (e.g. FCRA, FACTA) • Translate business requirements into technical designs
