📋 Description
• Oversee construction management for renewable energy projects across Europe • Lead safe, on-time delivery with cross-border teams
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management (10+ years is a strong advantage) • Bachelor’s degree in electrical, civil, mechanical engineering, or a related field • High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel • Fluency in both German and English • Based in Germany or Poland (Poland‑based candidates must be fluent in German and able to travel to Germany) • Previous experience in renewable energy projects is a significant plus • Experience working for an Owner/Developer is highly desirable • Ability to work either as a direct employee or as a freelancer (invoice‑based), depending on preference
