• Identify and build relationships with providers to acquire client referrals to Expressable • Build and maintain trusted relationships with primary and specialty physicians, medical staff, referral coordinators, and other relevant stakeholders • Implement inbound and outbound strategies to raise awareness of Expressable’s clinical approach • Manage provider accounts and serve as main point of contact for inquiries, referrals, client updates, new initiatives • Execute sales plans monthly, quarterly, and annually within an assigned geographic region to meet targets • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and account details • Utilize marketing materials and clinical resources to support sales efforts • Follow up on warm digital leads (~70%) and perform some cold calling (~30%)
• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in healthcare technology or virtual health services, pharmaceuticals, or other medical services • Consultative selling style and related skills and experience • Comfortable with and motivated by a quota-driven environment • Generating provider referrals experience is preferred • Familiarity with speech-language therapy practice is preferred • Eligible to work in the United States; employer cannot sponsor visas • Reside within the United States (U.S. residency requirement) • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
