📋 Description

• Design paid acquisition and retention creative for Fanatics Casino • Build the visual system behind performance creative for faster production and testing • Design across paid social, display, programmatic, app store, affiliate and CRM • Build and improve modular, test-ready templates and component libraries • Design state-by-state and market-by-market compliance lockups, including responsible gaming messaging, age requirements and terms • Partner with Paid Media and Analytics on structured creative tests and apply results to design decisions • Collaborate with designers, motion designers and creative operations on shared projects • Maintain a unified system across static and animated assets with Motion • Explore dynamic creative, automation and AI-assisted versioning workflows • Hand off clean files with correct naming, sensible versioning and accessible layers • In the first 90 days, learn the performance creative operation, ship live paid and CRM work, and identify efficiency and quality improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in graphic or digital design, with significant performance or direct-response work • Portfolio showing high-volume performance creative and strong craft • Deep experience with design systems and templates in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design programmes • Working understanding of performance metrics, with examples of data-informed design decisions • Experience producing design output across multiple markets and regulatory requirements • Strong typography, hierarchy and layout skills at small sizes on busy feeds • Ability to move quickly while maintaining accuracy • Ability to take direction, sharpen the work and keep moving • Bonus: iGaming, sportsbook, fintech or app-based subscription experience • Bonus: Experience with DCO platforms or creative automation tools • Bonus: Experience designing app store assets
