⢠7+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on frontend and backend development ⢠3+ years of experience building full-stack applications using Java (Spring Framework) and a modern framework (React preferred). ⢠2+ years of experience building highly scalable, highly available, and fault tolerant systems ⢠Strong grasp of software engineering principles, architectural patterns, and system design ⢠Experience with databases (relational or NoSQL), and familiarity with data modeling and caching concepts ⢠Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodologies and working in cross-functional teams ⢠Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, ownership-oriented mindset ⢠Effective communicator, comfortable working in a collaborative team environment ⢠Ability to navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
