📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of client school implementations end-to-end, from initial scope sign-off through final project handover • Lead assigned client projects from kickoff to formal project closure • Serve as the primary point of contact for school leaders • Guide schools through implementation, organizational change, and strategic decisions • Translate educational needs into technical requirements and technical details into plain language • Build and maintain Work Breakdown Structures and implementation timelines • Coordinate internal specialists delivering configuration, curriculum data migration, and training • Manage resourcing dependencies and schedule overlaps • Identify and resolve timeline risks proactively • Transition completed projects to long-term client success contacts with comprehensive documentation and handover summaries • Maintain regular in-person and virtual communication with clients

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of project management experience with external clients, ideally within SaaS, EdTech, or professional services environments • Proven track record of owning full project lifecycles: scoping, project planning, team coordination, risk management, and formal project closure • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to serve as a trusted advisor to school leadership during organizational change • Ability to quickly master software suites and understand underlying data and technical structures involved in software implementations • Strong understanding of regional educational systems and local market requirements • Excellent communication skills, including presenting to school leaders and collaborating with technical engineering teams • Familiarity with formal project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2 is desirable • Hands-on experience with project management or Professional Services Automation tools such as ClickUp or Planhat is desirable • Background in education or school leadership is desirable • Capacity and ambition to step up to multi-school group or district-level project ownership • Regional language skills are a strong plus, such as Arabic for EMEA-focused roles
