📋 Description

• Lead SaaS implementation projects through the full lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and transition to Customer Success • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and governance structures • Ensure project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria remain aligned • Manage project financials, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests • Serve as the primary point of accountability for project delivery • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, including business and technical leaders • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, steering committees, and executive status discussions • Coordinate consultants, solution architects, customer teams, and other stakeholders • Manage competing priorities, dependencies, and cross-functional requirements • Provide clear communication and actionable guidance during ambiguity or change • Lead teams through delivery challenges while maintaining project alignment • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and develop mitigation and escalation strategies • Support change management, stakeholder alignment, and user adoption activities • Improve Project Management and Implementation Services standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices • Share lessons learned and delivery expertise across the Project Management community • Report to the Manager, Project Management and collaborate with Implementation Consultants, Solution Architects, Customer Success Managers, Product Management, Support Services, and customer stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience • 3+ years of Project Management experience delivering SaaS, enterprise software, or technology implementation projects • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycles and project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid approaches • Strong understanding of project delivery fundamentals including scope, schedule, risk, budget, quality, and stakeholder management • Experience working directly with customers and senior business stakeholders • Experience managing customer-facing projects involving multiple stakeholder groups and executive-level sponsors • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects • Ability to lead through influence in cross-functional environments • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Preferred: 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering SaaS, enterprise software, or technology implementation projects • Preferred: Experience delivering software implementations within a SaaS environment • Preferred: Experience delivering Environmental, Sustainability, ESG, Carbon Management, EHS, Quality, regulatory compliance, or operational excellence initiatives • Preferred: Familiarity with environmental reporting, sustainability management, ESG disclosure, carbon accounting, environmental compliance, or related business processes • Preferred: Educational background in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related fields • Preferred: PRINCE2, APM PMQ, PMP, or equivalent Project Management certification • Preferred: Experience delivering projects across EMEA or within globally distributed customer environments • Preferred: Comfortable working within globally distributed teams across multiple time zones • Preferred: Experience working with enterprise customers in manufacturing, energy, utilities, infrastructure, natural resources, chemical, or sustainability-focused industries • Preferred: Understanding of application integrations and enterprise software ecosystems • Preferred: Membership with the Association for Project Management (APM) considered an asset • Employment is contingent upon satisfactory background verification where applicable
