📋 Description

• Lead internal day-to-day operations and delivery for strategic, creative, and medium-to-high complexity projects across one or more brands • Manage full lifecycle delivery of complex, technical, strategic, and creative projects from inception to completion • Develop and manage project timelines, estimates, risk registers, communication plans, burn reports, and change logs • Lead estimation and provide project budget and staff-plan parameters • Lead project timeline creation with internal and external stakeholders • Lead project kickoffs and status meetings • Create, review, and distribute meeting recaps; oversee and develop Account Managers/Supervisors and Marketing Coordinators in writing actionable recaps • Develop financial forecasts with AD+ and facilitate monthly billing, analysis, and action with AD+, Finance, and Account • Assist with annual and project-based SOWs, program Gantt charts, and change-order creation and management • Identify, evaluate, log, communicate, and mitigate project- and program-level risks • Identify project staffing needs and maintain accurate resource plans with resource managers and PCs • Resolve scope, schedule, resource, budget, quality, and communication conflicts • Ensure project artifacts such as FRD and BRD are stored in enterprise systems including Workfront and TFS • Apply Intouch delivery processes and PMO standards across projects • Mentor and support training for Account Managers/Supervisors and Marketing Coordinators • Serve as first escalation point for Account Managers/Supervisors and Marketing Coordinators • Keep the direct manager informed and escalate issues to leadership when needed • Model inclusive behaviors and proactively manage bias • Travel infrequently

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required • Three to five years of experience in a PMO role • Advanced understanding and application of PMO standards and processes • Experience leading delivery of complex technology, strategy, and creative projects • Ability to develop creative, strategic, or technical-heavy project plans • Ability to tailor and flex processes to proactively facilitate projects • Experience leading diverse functional groups and project teams • Understanding of project forecasting and reforecasting throughout the project lifecycle • Expert project and program burn analysis and remediation • Excellent scope and change-management tracking and adherence • Comfortable with client-facing communication • Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate, assess, and mitigate risk • Ability to build trust, negotiate, and influence decisions with Account, SMEs, clients, partner agencies, and third-party vendors • Strong ownership and accountability • Strong decision-making and implementation skills, especially amid uncertainty • Experience with project management information systems such as Workfront, Workfront Proof, Smartsheet, and MS Project • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel • Pharmaceutical or advertising experience preferred • Launch experience a plus
