• Serve as primary day-to-day relationship owner for portfolio of strategic platform partners • Maintain regular engagement with platform partners and monitor performance • Act as central point of coordination across internal teams • Identify risks, manage escalations, and support partner navigation of Paysafe products • Drive strategic account growth across platform clients • Build and nurture C-level and multi-stakeholder relationships • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Develop and execute account plans aligned with client strategies • Monitor platform performance, service metrics, and retention indicators • Conduct structured monthly and quarterly business reviews • Maintain accurate account plans, activity tracking in CRM systems • Represent Paysafe at client meetings and industry events
• 5+ years of experience in relationship management or commercial roles • Direct responsibility for managing PayFacs, MoR platforms, or complex platform accounts • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience • Proven track record of driving revenue, upsell/cross-sell, and strategic account growth • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills • Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics • Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional environment • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Microsoft Office, and analytics tools • Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events
