📋 Description

• Develop, evolve and maintain applications using PHP, Node.js and React. • Work on full-stack solutions, connecting backend, frontend, integrations and business rules. • Participate in technical and functional refinement sessions with the team. • Investigate issues autonomously, even in scenarios with incomplete information. • Propose technical, architectural and productivity improvements. • Use AI tools, especially Claude, to support development, code analysis, documentation and problem solving. • Support the team in delivering solutions with quality, speed and product-oriented thinking. • Collaborate with Tech Leads, Engineering, Product and business areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development on production systems. • Degree in Computer Science, Software Development or related fields. • Strong experience in backend development with PHP. • Frontend experience with React. • Familiarity with Node.js. • Proficiency with APIs, integrations, databases and web application architecture. • Ability to analyze legacy code, map business rules and propose improvements. • Good practices in version control, code review, testing and technical documentation. • Practical experience using AI in software development. • Hands-on experience with Claude or similar generative AI tools applied to code. • Experience with AWS and/or GCP. • Familiarity with CI/CD, deployments, rollbacks, logging and production environments. • Understanding of containers, environment variables and configuration. • Openness to learn and occasionally work with new technologies. • High autonomy to investigate, learn and resolve problems.
