• Screen resumes/CVs and conduct online and in-person interviews with selected candidates, assessing their competencies and compatibility with the company's culture; • Administer technical and behavioral assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for open positions; • Prepare candidate evaluation reports highlighting strengths and development areas for each candidate, and provide recommendations to improve the selection process; • Provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates, advising on areas for improvement for future opportunities; • Manage selection processes according to clients' hiring needs, understanding their strategies, values, and organizational culture; • Develop ideal candidate profiles for each vacancy, taking into account the technical and behavioral competencies required for success in the role; • Provide daily status updates and metrics for the roles being handled.
