• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B sales, ideally in HVACR, tools, instrumentation or technical products • Experienced in working with distributors and achieving sales targets • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills • Ability to deliver technical demonstrations to diverse audiences • Autonomy, rigor, strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken • Comfortable with IT tools (Microsoft Office suite, CRM; ERP is a plus) • Mobility required: frequent travel (up to 80%) within your territory
