📋 Description

• Market Development: Build and expand our network of distributors, wholesalers, and end users. • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a small team (initially one direct report with plans to grow), providing structured feedback and clear direction. • Strategic Sales Execution: Balance long-term market growth strategy with daily sales targets and results. • Customer Engagement: Visit customers regularly, represent Fieldpiece at trade shows and industry events, and ensure customer satisfaction at every stage. • Collaboration: Work closely with the EMEA commercial team, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and execution of regional plans. • Operational Setup: Contribute to the setup and streamlining of operational processes as we grow our footprint in the France region.

🎯 Requirements

• You have at least 10 years of B2B sales experience in industrial goods, preferably in HVACR products or tools; • You have at least 5 years of experience leading or coaching a B2B sales team. • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding targets; • You’re a fluent French speaker, with good command of English; • You’re based in France and willing to travel frequently (up to 80%) within the France region; • Proven experience and success with a structured sales process, including use of a CRM system; • Team player and analytical. • Able to make decisions in uncertain situations; • You’re structured, self-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
