📋 Description

• Guide customers through the deployment of their platform: Assist customers in the design, implementation, and configuration of their platform based on their needs. • Manage customers infrastructure issues: Diagnose, resolve, and anticipate technical issues related to the infrastructure. • Conduct platform health checks: Perform on-demand audits to assess the performance and resilience of platforms and recommend improvements. • Ensure technical documentation of the architecture: Write and update architecture-related documentation, ensuring it is clear and accessible to all stakeholders. • Collaborate with other teams: Work closely with the Product team to integrate architectural needs into the products, and with Solution Engineers to support pre-sales efforts in resolving platform issues and addressing design requests.

🎯 Requirements

• The role requires the applicant to have UK security clearance at SC or higher, or the eligibility to obtain one as part of the hiring process • Strong expertise in on-premise infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualization, storage) and exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex infrastructure issues • Practical experience with containerization runtimes and orchestration platforms such as docker, podman and kubernetes • Solid understanding of kubernetes architecture and helm-based application deployments • Background in customer-facing technical roles • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment, with strong autonomy and ownership • Bonus: Previous experience in the cybersecurity industry
