📋 Description

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle across the region: contracts, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, time-off and leaves, internal mobility. • Ensure accurate and timely data management across all People tools and systems. • Manage end-to-end payroll processing with external vendors, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and adherence to local regulations. • Act as a strategic and operational HR partner to teams. • Collaborate closely with TA, Compliance, EX, and IT to deliver a unified employee experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll and/or HRBP roles, ideally within global tech environments • Strong understanding of people systems, payroll, policy, compliance, and performance frameworks • Proven multi-country payroll execution with experience working across multiple countries with different labor laws and cultural contexts • Comfortable working async, across time zones, and with minimal oversight • Experience in cyber security or global, remote-first, fast-scaling startups
