📋 Description
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and provide telephone and written advice on credit comparisons • Support customers from first contact through contract conclusion • Conduct thorough needs analyses to identify the best loan offers • Assist customers without cold calling • Use modern communication tools for an efficient workday
🎯 Requirements
• Some experience in customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales, retail) • High reliability and a committed work ethic • Motivation for professional development • Fluent German language skills, spoken and written • Ideally, completed commercial vocational training
