• Manage all critical HR data within our primary HRIS (Rippling) • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and healthcare-specific regulations • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Conduct weekly payroll audits and manage Time Off Balances • Identify and implement process improvements • Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Cycle Management teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on HRIS and HR operations • Proven experience in data quality management • Experience with HRIS/ERP systems (Rippling, Workday, ADP preferred) • In-depth knowledge of HR compliance practices • Exceptional organizational skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Solutions-oriented approach, adaptable to fast-paced environments
