📋 Description

• You are the primary point of contact for our mid-market and enterprise customers after the sales handover. • You conduct structured onboardings, explain GEO strategies, and translate complex AI-visibility data into concrete, actionable recommendations. • You build long-term customer relationships, identify upsell opportunities, and proactively reduce churn. • You detect health risks early based on usage data and take proactive measures to address them. • You develop best practices, playbooks, and webinars to make our customers measurably more successful. • You work closely with Product, Sales, and Content and channel customer feedback back to the product team in a structured way.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a comparable role in a SaaS or MarTech environment. • Solid SEO knowledge and ideally initial hands-on experience with GEO/AEO or AI Search. • Basic technical understanding: schema.org, crawling, indexing, APIs, web analytics – you don't need to code, but you should understand the levers. • AI-native working: You use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Lovable, Cursor, etc. daily and actively leverage them to make your work faster and better. • Strong analytical skills and a passion for turning data into clear recommendations. • Confident presence and excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English (C1+). • Hands-on mentality, structured approach to work, and high quality standards.
