📋 Description

• Deliver core capabilities for Trellix’s Data Loss Prevention products across Endpoint, Network, and Discovery • Provide targeted product support for Data Encryption solutions • Translate product strategy, customer input, competitive analysis, and operational feedback into epics, feature requirements, and user stories • Write detailed user stories, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a prioritized backlog • Break down complex security workflows into executable product requirements • Drive feature execution through grooming, sprints, release planning, acceptance validation, and release readiness • Resolve technical trade-offs, prioritize customer requests, and identify functional dependencies • Assist with customer input and manage beta testing programs • Evaluate customer escalations, feature requests, and usability enhancements using business, customer-tier, and financial impact • Maintain knowledge of the competitive data security landscape and identify market differentiators • Own feature delivery for endpoint, discovery, and network DLP • Support Drive Encryption, File/Folder encryption, and native management initiatives • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Program Management on launch readiness and go-to-market activities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical field • Hands-on experience with Data Loss Prevention, Full Disk/File Encryption technologies, or cybersecurity products • Proven experience writing high-quality user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing backlogs (preferred) • Strong track record partnering with software engineering and UX teams to build technical enterprise software • Ability to analyze multiple data sources, solve complex technical problems independently, and operate with minimal guidance • Exceptional oral and written communication skills • Experience building cross-functional relationships • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and workflows to enhance productivity and automate tasks
