📋 Description

• Own strategic projects end to end, from diagnosing performance drivers through prioritization, planning, and execution • Analyze data to understand what drives business metrics • Form and advocate for data-backed initiative priorities • Create project plans with clear deliverables and success metrics • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance while performing hands-on operational work • Navigate ambiguity and advance initiatives without direct authority • Track post-launch KPIs and communicate initiative performance • Diagnose underperformance and recommend concrete changes • Build repeatable methods for analyzing and reporting metrics • Analyze onboarding-funnel outreach and agency productivity • Identify high-potential agency segments and support targeted outbound campaigns • Establish weekly KPIs with Account Management leadership and build dashboards for leadership visibility

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience operating in a fast-paced, analytically rigorous environment in management consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth technology company • Comfort with Excel required • Ability to interpret messy datasets and form business opinions from analysis • Willingness to perform hands-on operational work, not just analysis • Comfort navigating ambiguity without much formal authority • Strong written and verbal communication skills
