📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Channel Account Manager for First Due, a growing SaaS technology company for Fire and EMS agencies. • Responsible for generating new revenue and developing new sales pipelines. • Partner Management: Own day-to-day relationships with channel partners. • Sales Enablement: Train and enable partners on our platform. • Pipeline Development: Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities. • Onboarding & Activation: Lead the onboarding process for new partners. • Forecasting & Reporting: Track partner performance and maintain accurate pipeline data. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to support partner initiatives. • Market Intelligence: Provide feedback on partner needs and market dynamics.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience in SaaS and/or tech channel sales, partnerships, or account management. • Proven track record of managing and growing channel partner relationships. • Experience with government procurement processes and public safety sales cycles is a strong plus. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a collaborative team. • Existing network of public sector resellers or government IT consultants. • Familiarity with cooperative purchasing agreements and contracts (e.g., NASPO, GSA). • Experience supporting or building a channel program from the ground up.
