📋 Description

‱ Identify, nurture, and route quality leads for potential Canadian customers and in support of assigned Account Executive(s) and Account Associates (AAs) through emails, meetings and phone calls. ‱ Support discovery with assigned agencies on their needs for end-to-end software solutions ‱ Maintain current understanding of public safety industry including software ecosystem, trends, performance indicators, competitive landscape, and business practices. ‱ Other duties as assigned depending on Sales and business needs.

🎯 Requirements

‱ 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within the public sector or a SaaS organization ‱ Public Safety software experience (preferably in Fire or Emergency Management) ‱ Professional proficiency and ability to conduct meetings, draft communications, and interact with customers in French is preferred ‱ Strong organization & communication skills with both customers and internal teams. ‱ Ability to lead, collaborate, and work autonomously in a fast-paced start-up team environment with a positive attitude ‱ Precise attention to detail in written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills ‱ Proficient with CRM, Microsoft Office and collaboration tools ‱ Proven track record of achieving or exceeding quota goals ‱ A strategic mind, someone who comes up with innovative ideas and then effectively executes said ideas to boost efficiency.
