• 6+ years of successful new business generation and solution selling experience, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, challenges, trends, and operations in the merchant payment processing space. • 6+ years of experience working in virtual team settings, coordinating resources like account managers, solution consultants, and implementation/service teams to meet client needs • 6+ years of experience navigating complex, matrix organizations, and leading cross-functional initiatives, with a client-focused approach and proven success in enhancing the client experience • 6+ years of influence, and negotiation skills, and knowledge of industry processes, and compliance regulations • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work, education, and military experience.
