📋 Description

• Provide inspirational leadership to the Southeast sales team • Plan and execute key account strategy • Champion productive business relationships with retail and builder/developer customers • Drive operational excellence through High Performance Delivery forums • Oversee financial management of retail key accounts • Cultivate existing key account relationships • Coach, develop, and retain high-performing individuals • Establish and meet regional sales financial objectives • Monitor competitor activity and response strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of experience in sales roles • Minimum 3 years of Key Account management experience • Prior experience selling within a premium luxury environment • Proven experience inspiring and motivating high performing sales teams • Entrepreneurial Growth Mindset • Experience in business planning and budget management • Strong financial acumen including P&L and forecasting experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
