📋 Description

• Bring Atlas, a new mascot, to life across FitXR’s VR and mobile apps • Develop final production-quality 3D character turnarounds matching the approved concept • Create expression and pose sheets covering Atlas’s emotional and physical vocabulary • Build a production-ready rig suitable for future work • Create the initial animation set for mobile app and UI use, including idle, celebrate, encourage, react, and transition states • Work closely with FitXR’s art and product teams while driving the character craft independently • Deliver the project over approximately two months, starting ASAP

🎯 Requirements

• Senior 3D character artist • Expert in Blender; Blender is a hard requirement • Able to own the full 3D character pipeline solo, including modelling, rigging, and animation • Portfolio demonstrating character work with real personality • Experience rendering 3D characters for 2D output, including mobile, UI, apps, in-game HUDs, or cinematics ending up as sprites • Strong art direction sense and ability to interpret a character bible creatively • Comfortable running a two-month project end-to-end with minimal hand-holding • Able to work hours that overlap the UK day for reviews • Not a 2D-only animator or purely a 3D modeller • Experience should include stylised characters with personality rather than primarily realistic humans or hard-surface work
