📋 Description

• Handle all aspects of standard and sometimes complex loan closing transactions • Review documents and workflows for compliance with approval terms • Independently manage a portfolio of loan closings • Review and negotiate legal documents and commitment letters • Coordinate with internal and external legal counsel, title agents, and insurance providers • Conduct advanced reviews of insurance, lien, and title documentation • Ensure closing conditions are met, documents are executed correctly, and loans are funded and booked • Serve as a point of contact for Sales, Credit, Legal, Title, and Escrow stakeholders • Provide regular updates and resolve closing issues • Maintain accurate digital closing files in systems such as nCino • Review uploads and data entry for consistency and compliance • Perform special projects and additional duties as required • Complete required compliance training and maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or high school equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC), or foreign equivalent • 4+ years of experience in commercial lending closing, preferably involving complex transactions • Knowledge of commercial loan documentation, credit terms, legal coordination, and closing workflows • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external partners • Ability to lead closings and solve problems independently • Proficiency in nCino, LaserPro, and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deal pipelines • No unusual physical exertion is involved
