📋 Description

• Develop and execute subcontract strategies aligned with program and organizational objectives • Manage subcontracting risks and ensure compliance with procurement policies • Lead negotiations to establish subcontract agreements with favorable terms and conditions • Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle and ensure adherence to agreed terms • Monitor and evaluate subcontractor performance using defined metrics • Conduct regular reviews and audits of subcontractors • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and program management teams • Identify subcontracting risks and implement mitigation strategies • Manage multiple Government procurements supporting multiple Government Programs • Explain and communicate policies, procedures, and practices to internal and external customers • Provide guidance and assistance to other employees

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant subcontracts experience • Graduate Degree and minimum 4 years of prior related subcontracts experience • In lieu of a degree, minimum 10 years of prior related subcontracts experience • Knowledge of supply chain management, lean manufacturing, assembly, and ATP processes • Ability to interpret program management, engineering, and supplier demands in a continuously changing environment with minimal guidance • Working capability with MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word • Experience supporting supplier contracts above the TINA ($2M) threshold with minimal guidance • Ability to follow established procedures and policies • Knowledge of supply chain/procurement principles, theories, and concepts • Ability to manage complex procurements, projects, and processes
