• Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients • Troubleshoot and resolve issues regarding loans, accounts, and services • Support managers with various reports, presentations, and meeting coordination • Coordinate loan closing activities and manage client communications • Recognize areas for process improvement and suggest changes
🎯 Requirements
• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent • 6+ Years of customer service experience with Commercial Banking/Business Banking • Knowledge in origination of loans and closing process • Excellent understanding of Banking laws and functions for compliance issues • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) • Familiarity with AFS, SalesForce, and Baker Hill/One Point a plus
