• You will develop into a fleetster product expert and, through your expertise, provide excellent technical support to our customers • By handling customer inquiries quickly and precisely via email, chat, or virtual meetings, you will support fast and sustainable problem resolution • You build trusting, ongoing customer relationships and ensure all technical issues are resolved so our customers become long-term users • You clarify feature requests and effective workarounds with the product team and keep customers informed about progress • Over time you will gain extensive insights from support requests and work closely with the product, Customer Success, and Sales teams to continuously improve smart processes
• Experience in technical support or a similar customer support role within a SaaS environment (ideally B2B) • Technical affinity and experience working in a dynamic, agile environment • Strong communication skills, ability to build trust quickly, and proactive problem-solving abilities • Structured and organized work style with the ability to meaningfully prioritize a variety of tasks • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus
