📋 Description

• Managing complex B2B sales cycles (6–24 months) • Analyzing needs and persuading decision-makers • Delivering customer presentations and representing Simovative • Developing after-sales processes in collaboration with Marketing, Product Management and Customer Success • Using modern tools (CRM, AI-powered lead analysis) to structure the funnel

🎯 Requirements

• 4–10 years of B2B SaaS experience, preferably in EdTech, public sector, ERP, or systems integrator environments • Proven experience in long, consultative sales cycles • Confident, persuasive presence • Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for technology & education • Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day sales • Team player with empathy, a sense of humor, and a good sense of timing • Confident and clear communication skills in German and English • Nice-to-have: Initial experience managing public-sector tender processes
