📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering (Frontend, Data Engineering, etc.) to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced, iterative environment. • Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment. • Develop features and improvements to flexEngage products in a secure, well-tested, and performant way. • Drive change by being an advocate for improvements. • Identify areas of improvements in the code base and contribute to make it better. • Participate in Tier 3 on-call rotations to assist troubleshooting product operations, security operations, and urgent engineering issues. • Participate in all aspects of the development process including story grooming, technical design, coding, code reviews, QA, and delivery. • Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing backend applications. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related degree or equivalent practical experience. • Experience with AWS and using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). • Experience using CI/CD tools like Bitbucket Pipelines or Jenkins. • Experience with Kotlin (preferred) or Java. • Experience with SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL Databases (Dynamodb). • Experience with building and running applications for a microservices architecture running on Kubernetes. • Professional experience writing automated tests, including unit-tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests. • Professional experience with the Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
