📋 Description
• Lead sell-side and buy-side mandates including valuation, strategic positioning, and due diligence. • Leverage your existing network and community to source high-value digital assets (SaaS, Ecommerce, Apps, and Content sites). • Act as the primary advisor for founders, helping them navigate exit strategies and maximize their valuation on the Flippa platform. • Utilize Flippa’s internal legal, marketing, and payment (Escrow) frameworks to ensure seamless deal closures.
🎯 Requirements
• Ex-Founder / Entrepreneur: You’ve built, scaled, and ideally exited your own company. You speak the founder’s language. • Digital Business Expert: You possess an extraordinary understanding of digital business models (SaaS metrics, LTV/CAC, Amazon FBA, or AdTech). • Experienced M&A Professional: You have a track record in business brokerage or investment banking. • The X-Factor: You can demonstrate active access to a community of founders, investors, or business owners.
