📋 Description

• Plan, host, and deliver a consistent cadence of technical webinars and demos showcasing Flosum solutions and Salesforce best practices • Drive webinar registrations, attendance, and pipeline • Position Flosum as a solution for Salesforce DevOps, backup, and data management through demos, talks, blog posts, videos, and social content • Learn each Salesforce release and new Flosum product capabilities quickly, form points of view, and communicate them to technical and executive audiences • Build and energize Flosum's user community through office hours, AMAs, certification support, developer content, and customer advocacy • Connect webinars, newsletters, and community channels to promote events and drive engagement • Represent Flosum at Salesforce user groups, Dreamin' events, Dreamforce, the Trailblazer Community, LinkedIn, and partner ecosystems • Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and customer success to surface customer stories, sharpen messaging, and turn community engagement into measurable business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience as an admin, developer, architect, or consultant • Genuine technical depth, including the ability to demo, build, and engage with Salesforce architects • Salesforce certifications, such as Platform App Builder, Administrator, Developer, or Architect track • Active Trailhead profile is a big plus • Proven public technical communication track record through webinars, conference talks, podcasts, video content, or a well-followed technical blog/social presence • Strong marketing instincts, including audience, messaging, distribution, and measurable results such as registrations, engagement, and pipeline • Deep familiarity with Salesforce release cycles, DevOps/CI-CD concepts, data management, and the Salesforce community landscape • Ability to build programs from zero and run them consistently • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
